Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Nutrition Services staff member to join our team at the Bettendorf Community School District. As a Nutrition Services staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the health and safety of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and guests to respond to inquiries and provide information.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meet the required qualifications and possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position with a rate of pay of $16.33/hour and 3.5 hours/day. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
