Position Overview

As a travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography technology. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the efficient operation of imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct CT scans and assist in the interpretation of results.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient information and imaging results accurately.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a CT Technologist role.
  • Licensure: Valid NYS X-Ray license required.
  • Certification: AART certification is mandatory.
  • CPR: BLS certification (AHA) is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CT scanners and familiarity with Cerner EMR is preferred.

This position offers the opportunity for overtime and the possibility of extending your assignment based on performance and facility needs.
