The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for improving efficiency and reducing costs. In this role, you will work closely with our design engineers and shop floor personnel to analyze and improve our manufacturing processes, equipment, and product design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing factory productivity and cost reduction through process analysis and improvement
  • Implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Design for Excellence, and Maintenance Excellence principles
  • Improving manufacturing efficiency by optimizing work methods, labor standards, material flow, and routings
  • Developing standard operating procedures for various manufacturing processes
  • Providing analysis data to procure new or upgrade equipment and tooling to achieve maximum capacity, productivity, and cost reduction
