The Menta Education Group is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Education Support Professional to join our team at Menta Academy Centralia. As a Paraprofessional with CNA support, you will play a vital role in providing targeted teaching and support to students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide CNA support to special needs students, including medical assistance and care.
- Manage classroom behaviors and report any concerns to appropriate staff.
- Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Provide general supervision of students and assist in preventing and managing incidents of non-compliance.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide interventions to students to assist in managing behaviors.
- Certified CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Medical Assistant experience.
- Ability to work with high-risk special needs students.
- Flexibility to change in routines and ability to operate tactfully under stress.
- At least 23 years of age.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance Programs.
- 10 Month School Position with 12 Month Semi-Monthly Pay.
