Job Title: Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home and school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services to children with ASD
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect, record, and verify data on patient progress
  • Write notes and follow plans to ensure effective skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Participate in large group and small group trainings to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Implement interventions to help develop skills such as social skills, daily living skills, communication, and preacademic skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
  • Must pass background check
  • TB test required
  • Covid Vaccination or test once a week
  • CPR Certification (can be facilitated during onboarding)
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
  • RBT Certification is a plus
