Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technician to join our team at Della Infotech. As a Medical Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws, urinalyses, and other medical tests
  • Prepare and analyze laboratory samples, including blood, urine, and tissue samples
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and other medical devices
  • Record and report test results, including laboratory findings and patient information
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other laboratory staff
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a life science or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting; medical laboratory technician certification (MLT) or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
