Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team in Columbia, SC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and 1-2 years of experience in commercial litigation. They will be responsible for managing the varied responsibilities of a litigation practice, including case management, research, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and management of commercial litigation cases
• Conduct research and analysis to support case development
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement case strategies
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Requirements:

• South Carolina law license required
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
