  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including assigning bartender drawers, performing checkouts, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Food Safety: Conduct regular food safety checks, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports, including end-of-shift summaries and incident reports.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Team Member and a Certified Coach (internal) or one year of external restaurant experience with a college degree preferred (external).
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
