Custodian/CSR

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/CSR to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

• Floor Care: Vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting, and other floor maintenance tasks.
• Surface Care: Dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, and cleaning blinds and draperies.
• Waste Removal: Emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas.
• Light Maintenance: Replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinets/rooms, and performing other light maintenance tasks.
• Compliance: Following safety rules, policies, and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents.

• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test.
• Education: Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Communication: Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers, and communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers.

$16.00 per hour
