Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in WI, IL, or both if required
  • Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) preferred
