Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a specialization in Water Resources to join our team at Parkhill.

• 
  
• Collaborate with our team to develop proposals, scopes, and fees.
  
• Manage the demands of planning and modeling, regulatory compliance, and permitting.
  
• Review project details to proactively manage risk.
  
• Evaluate observations and design systems that will withstand the elements on the installation site.
  
• Develop relationships with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractors.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 0+ years of experience in Water Resources.

Preferred skills include experience with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS, as well as knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety regulations.

Candidates must be able to work in a collaborative environment with non-Engineer decision makers and effectively communicate plans.
