Job Summary
In this role as a Molder, you will be an integral part of our production team at Personnel Services. Your primary responsibility will be to mix and prepare materials for molding processes, adhering to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Count, measure, and weigh materials accurately to meet quality standards.
  • Acquire knowledge of proper handling procedures for hazardous materials.
  • Prepare molding equipment and tools to ensure readiness for daily operations.
  • Manage the preparation of reinforcing medium and resin for molding processes.
  • Execute molding cycles as directed, ensuring quality control measures are in place.
  • Perform minor adjustments to equipment settings and molding cycles to optimize product quality.
  • Unload finished parts from molding equipment and verify their quality standards.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and proficiency in reading and writing English. Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, reflecting the value of your contributions to our team. With mandatory overtime as needed, you will have opportunities to increase your earnings.
