Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab to join our team at Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab. As a Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Cath Lab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cardiac Cath Lab environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patients during and after procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, medical history, and treatment goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and laboratory results.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the United States.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
