Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Kasai North America, Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing the work product of the production team, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and quantity standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist supervisors in daily work activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform associate-level assignments and special tasks as directed by management.
  • Operate a positive environment that encourages employee involvement and participation.
  • Identify and correct incorrect processes through job observation and training of new associates.
Requirements:
  • High School Education or GED required.
  • Production experience in injection mold & assembly (IJM/ASSY) essential.
  • Strong math aptitude and knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a manufacturing environment with standard office equipment. The noise level can be loud but complies with OSHA standards.

Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location.
