We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Good Samaritan Medical Center. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Assume charge responsibilities as needed, demonstrating leadership and critical thinking skills.
- Current MA RN license
- BSN preferred
- Previous RN experience and telemetry/acute care experience
- ACLS certification
- Excellent assessment, clinical, and organizational skills
