  • Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of treatment charts.
  • Monitor patient progress, employing clinical judgment to identify and report any complications.
  • Comply with radiation safety protocols.
  • Conduct safety checks on equipment; understand operational limits and report any discrepancies to the leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncologists and the therapy team to develop treatment plans.
  • Adhere to the ethical standards expected of Radiation Therapists.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results.
  • Ensure all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently met.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education
  • Eligibility for ARRT certification.
  • Graduate from an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime and weekends as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ARRT certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Two years of clinical experience in a comparable environment.
