Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking an LPN to work in post-acute facilities in the area. The successful candidate will be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans, tracking residents' wellbeing, and monitoring their vital signs.

The job responsibilities include conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents, administering and verifying medications, reviewing residents' charts and medical records, assisting with facility safety, and maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
