This program focuses on Intelligence and Scientific Analysis in support of various military intelligence operations. You will collaborate with top-tier professionals from the United States Marine Corps and the Department of Defense, providing analytical support across multiple intelligence domains. Your role will encompass Weapons and Technical Analysis, Geo-spatial Intelligence, Regional Analysis, and Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily research and comprehensive analysis of adversarial networks, including sensors, communication systems, command and control protocols, targeting methodologies, and weaponry, particularly those posing threats to Marine Corps interests. Integrate finished intelligence from diverse sources into your assessments.
  • Create written and visual products, such as kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines, to effectively communicate analytical insights related to adversary operations.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the organization and collaborate to address these through thorough research and analysis.
  • Maintain high standards of writing proficiency, producing timely intelligence reports in line with production planning and ad-hoc information requests.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of adversarial systems and weaponry, including Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance technologies.
  • Analyze the adversary's operational processes, including targeting cycles and information flow.
  • Conduct all-source evaluations of foreign military capabilities and technologies.
  • Generate intelligence products and assessments based on the Program of Analysis and specific requests for information.
  • Utilize various tools and methodologies to analyze, interpret, and evaluate complex data.
  • Deliver written assessments and briefings to support stakeholders at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
  • Ensure all written products adhere to Intelligence Community Standards and internal review processes.
  • Maintain situational awareness of assigned intelligence portfolios.
  • Research current and emerging foreign capabilities.
  • Monitor technology transfer implications and the ability of recipient nations to integrate new technologies.
  • Annually produce a minimum number of all-source analysis products as per production requirements.
  • Assess the relevance of developments in your assigned areas by integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.
  • Engage in peer reviews of intelligence products for quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of the required activities to fulfill mission objectives.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies, staying updated on developments that influence tradecraft.
  • Ability to devise innovative research strategies for comprehensive assessments.
  • In-depth understanding of analytic operations and knowledge management across organizational boundaries.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in reviewing analytic products for clarity, adherence to standards, and robust support for conclusions.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with some experience within the last two years.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of senior experience, totaling 17 years of relevant experience.
