Job Description:

The Utility Person/Dishwasher is responsible for various duties that impact guests' dining experiences. Providing clean, sparkling silverware and dishes, maintaining a pleasant and safe environment inside and outside the restaurant, and adhering to local health department laws are key responsibilities.

• Cleaning the inside and outside of the restaurant, including the parking lot
• Stocking cook, line, and server areas with necessary items
• Maintaining excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must have basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, ability to work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude. Additionally, you should be familiar with local health department laws and regulations.
