  • Maintain and refresh market and economic data to support upper management in decision-making.
  • Offer analytical assistance across diverse projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Assess Capital Expenditure requests, reviewing their business assumptions and financial consequences.
  • Conduct profitability assessments to deepen understanding of market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with financial leadership to promote ongoing enhancements in financial analysis.
  • Analyze and summarize competitor performance for benchmarking against corporate metrics.
  • Utilize contemporary data analytics tools such as Tableau, DOMO, and R to develop models and dashboards (training will be provided).
  • Lead initiatives to optimize FP&A processes.
  • Exhibit effective communication and relationship-building skills across all management tiers, including accounting, operations, and senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline is required; MBA or Master's degree and CPA designation are preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in business finance or accounting is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting and finance, with a background in revenue and pricing analytics.
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Hyperion Essbase and/or SAP is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work efficiently under time constraints with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with proven experience in collaborative environments.
