We are seeking a skilled and experienced LPN Charge Nurse to join our team at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center. As a LPN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the assigned nursing unit, supervising Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, and providing direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement interventions to meet patients' physical and psychosocial needs.
- Participate in direct patient care, including administering medication and providing primary skin care.
- Re-adjust and reorganize staff based on facility need.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year long-term care or related geriatric experience with prior supervisory and/or teaching experience.
