Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

IMG Academy is a leading sports education brand that provides a holistic education model empowering student-athletes to win their future. We offer a range of experiences, including boarding school and camps, online coaching, and college recruiting.

The Retail Sales Associate - Campus Store, Part-Time role involves serving and selling to customers while achieving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers, ringing sales, and providing correct change and sales receipts
  • Maintaining floor standards, customer service standards, and utilizing selling skills
  • Assisting with merchandising execution to maximize sales, earnings, and customer satisfaction
  • Developing floor standards, visual merchandising, customer service standards, and sales techniques
  • Providing excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized selling area, replenishing stock as needed
  • Following cash handling procedures, including counting cash, checks, and charges
  • Suggesting items and quantities for re-order
  • Assisting with inventory and receiving product
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • One year of retail cash handling experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with business contacts
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs
  • Ability to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period
  • Must be able to move around campus, including gym, turf, fields, etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Requires a background check upon offer
  • Requires a drug test upon offer
