Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Adecco. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating quality improvement, RMA activities to closure, and resolving issues that lead to the achievement of supporting company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. They should possess strong expertise in quality tools and techniques, including APQP, PPAP, 8D, and TS-16949, as well as a solid understanding of GD&T, SPC, and dimensional control strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in Quality Planning activities.

· Providing technical and administrative support as needed.

· Assist in the development of dimensional control strategies.

· Assist in the design and procurement of gages and instruments.

· Identify root cause of problems and delays and expedite corrective action.

· Assisting in successful delivery of launch for all programs, engineering changes, etc.

· Define and implement strategies to support lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement (Lessons Learned).

· Perform all other-directed responsibilities as assigned
