Join LifeBridge Health, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland, as a Renal Registered Dietitian at Grace Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide essential nutrition services and education to dialysis patients and caregivers in a clinical setting.

• Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and caregivers, using evidence-based methods and materials.
• Monitor patients' nutritional status, laboratory values, and response to nutrition-related medications and therapies.
• Collaborate with the medical team, nursing staff, and other patient care team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and nutrition-related information in medical records, adhering to federal, state, and LifeBridge Health requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located.
• Minimum of two years' professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
• Experience working in dialysis settings is preferred.
