Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Steward (Dishwasher) to join our team at Cathedral Canyon, a JC Golf property. As a Steward (Dishwasher), you will be responsible for providing clean tableware and supporting the kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash all utensils, pots, and pans used for cooking and table service.
  • Tear down the dishwashing machine at the end of each shift and thoroughly wash baskets, tanks, sprayers, and all parts, in preparation for the next shift; change water every three hours.
  • Set up bus tubs around the kitchen throughout service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all carts, food warmers, and braziers at all times.

Requirements:

  • Efficient, reliable, safety-minded with high-quality standards for production and service.
  • Ability to follow simple verbal directions.
  • Good team player, courteous, customer service-focused.
