- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
- Retail management experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience principles.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
