Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver effective front-end operations and expectations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with company programs.

  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and interact with customers in a positive and respectful manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail management experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer experience principles.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
