Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ATC Marietta. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer chemotherapy and other medications to patients with cancer and other conditions.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Chemotherapy administration certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Charge nurse experience.
  • CPI certification.
Unit Details

Our medical-surgical unit has a daily census of 42 patients. We provide care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, including cancer, sepsis, and diabetic foot ulcers.

We use PYXIS, EPIC, and SBAR systems for medication management, documentation, and communication.
