Position Overview
We are looking for a Scheduler for a full-time or part-time on-site role, which may include weekend and evening shifts. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in coordinating the schedules of caregivers, addressing any scheduling conflicts, and ensuring that caregivers are available to meet patient care requirements. This position involves close collaboration with caregivers, the Director of Nursing, and the Office Manager to guarantee that all patients receive the necessary care.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in scheduling or administrative support within a healthcare environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and caregivers
- Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Good understanding of the healthcare industry and scheduling practices
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
