Job Title: Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. in Wyoming, NY.

Job Summary:

The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, including motors, transformers, wiring, switches, and alarm systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, including motors, transformers, wiring, switches, and alarm systems.
  • Locate and diagnose electrical malfunctions using test instruments such as ammeters, oscilloscopes, and test lamps.
  • Repair and replace electrical equipment, including motors, transformers, and wiring.
  • Inspect electrical circuits and wiring for safety and efficiency.
  • Plan and layout new electrical installations.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrician.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
