IT Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network Engineer to join our team at Masco Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data exchange across the organization.

• Design and implement network architecture to meet business requirements and ensure high availability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network-related issues
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our network infrastructure remains secure and efficient

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network architecture and engineering
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, and EIGRP
• Proficient in network management tools and technologies, such as Cisco and Aruba

• Experience with cloud-based network infrastructure and migration
• Knowledge of network security best practices and threat mitigation strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Masco Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $83,900.00 - $131,890.00, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
