SALES COUNSELOR

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Counselor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to all guests by operating in a dynamic phone environment, managing sales and service inquiries. This role involves processing orders for various products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, including Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), Length of Stay (LOS), and Multi-Park Ticket Sales.
  • Maintain quality standards as defined by the company's quality assurance program.
  • Enhance the guest experience by promoting additional services and products.
  • Meet productivity benchmarks such as attendance, order entry accuracy, and other defined metrics.
  • Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives as per company guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Associate's degree is advantageous.
EXPERIENCE:
  • At least two years of experience in an inbound contact center, preferably in sales or travel.
  • Consideration will be given to candidates with strong face-to-face sales or hospitality experience.
SERVICE COUNSELOR

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Service Counselor is tasked with providing exceptional customer service to guests and client groups in a fast-paced support environment, addressing inquiries and processing orders for various services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage inquiries related to Annual Pass Accounts, Renewals, and general resort information.
  • Educate guests on the benefits of different annual pass tiers.
  • Assist with dining reservations and ticket issues.
  • Provide general information through various communication channels.
  • Meet and maintain performance metrics as outlined by the company.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Be adaptable and multi-skilled across different service channels.
  • Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities as per company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Preferred 2+ years of call center experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
  • Successful candidates will engage with multiple clients daily in a structured work environment.
  • Advanced PC skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to adapt to constant operational changes while adhering to established policies.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for interactions with internal and external customers.
