Job Summary

As a Site Supervisor under indirect supervision/assistance, this position is responsible for the business, financial and customer service activities of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze financial reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, capital expenditures, payroll, and other financial activities to maintain a financial overview of the location.
  • Establish priorities and long-term planning to achieve goals that support the Company's strategy and vision.
  • Manage and adhere to customer contracts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Manage operational and administrative activities of the site, including work assignments, performance evaluations, hiring requirements, and career development of technical and office personnel.
  • Represent the Company at the site, conducting relationship meetings with contract customers to ensure quality standards and prospects for future sales.
  • Maintain employee morale, motivate employees, and complete timely employee reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to Company training programs, monitor the Quality program, and maintain site safety and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Documented evidence of Project management or Organizational Development Experience.
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience or 2 years' experience in a service industry or 2 years' experience in preparing and managing budgets.
  • Combined 3 years' experience in the above three areas if minimum 2 years in any one cannot be met.
  • Supervisory experience in an Airport environment.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), E-Mail, scanning and copying equipment.
