About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in aviation, healthcare, municipal facilities, airports, K12 and higher education facilities, hotels, parks, roadway, restaurants, office tenant finish, retail tenant finish, churches, and core and shell design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial construction
  • Knowledge of IBC and other building codes, as well as LEED/sustainability design requirements
  • Experience with Trane Trace, Carrier HAP, or other energy modeling software
  • AutoCAD and/or Revit drafting experience
  • Specific experience in commercial building design

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in design of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial construction
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and load calculations, Energy Code, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, ASHRAE standards, and Building codes
