  • Collaborate effectively with the Customer Service and Reverse Logistics teams to streamline processes.
  • Support RMA Technicians in performing diagnostics and technical assessments as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and organized workspace at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with computers, gaming systems, and consumer electronics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
  • Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50lbs, along with manual dexterity and visual acuity.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as required by business needs.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
