Barista

Corewell Health is seeking a skilled Barista to join our beverage team at Grosse Pointe Hospital. As a Barista, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex combinations of ingredients, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Identify and correct quality control issues, ensuring that all beverages meet our high standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating personalized experiences and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and sales data.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Previous food service and cash handling experience is preferred.
