About the Role:
  • Serve as Loft's subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement custom fields, records, forms, saved searches, and workflows to enable users to efficiently utilize and interface with the system.
  • Help manage system integrations, and coordinate or directly manage API bridge development/deployments.
  • Lead system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years of NetSuite-specific experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis/reporting and/or database management.
  • Familiarity with business processes and how they relate to NetSuite system modules, including Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Production, MRP, and Projects.
  • Ability to document system processes and create user guides.
  • Experience with SQL, HTML, and SuiteScripts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
