Job Summary:

Trinity Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team as a part-time night shift nurse. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Document patient information and progress in the medical record.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
