As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping patients check into the hospital. This fast-paced position requires confidence, multitasking skills, and the ability to type quickly while answering phones. You will collect information accurately and compassionately listen to patients' concerns and questions, building trust through every interaction.
