Join Our Team as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Therapy 2000, a leading provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Emory area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Work as a vital member of patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
  • Meet deadlines for completing patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork as required.
  • Participate in regular meetings with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards for delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • An innovative spirit and a demonstrated history of reliability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs of the business.
  • Ability to use common workplace technology, including laptops, phones, email, and web browsers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a home health setting.
  • Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
