Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Nursing Manager to lead the nursing care operations on designated floors. The Nursing Manager will oversee the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and Home Health Aides (HHA's), ensure a safe environment, and provide direct care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Perform thorough assessments of residents' needs.
  • Design and execute care plans based on assessment findings.
  • Guarantee precise transcription of medical orders and oversee medication administration.
  • Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Supervise nursing staff and assist with the orientation of new team members.
  • Identify emergencies and respond appropriately.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study: Nursing
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in a healthcare setting
Licensure: LPN/LVN or RN license
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
Skills Required: Clinical expertise and supervisory capabilities

  • Ability to engage with diverse resident populations.
  • Commitment to ongoing education for licensure maintenance.
