Mixologist Coordinator

**Job Title:** Mixologist Coordinator

**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist Coordinator to join our team at Tap Room. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders, utilizing salesmanship techniques, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Input orders into the POS system correctly and quickly.
• Ask for ID anytime serving alcohol to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of our menu, beer list, house cocktails, wine, and liquor.
• Ensure prompt service for bar guests, along with service bar.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar.
• Adhere to state, federal, and company liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Come to work in proper uniform, neat and clean, with a positive attitude, and ready to work on time.
• Act with integrity and honesty, and alert management to all issues that may arise with a guest.
• Help promote our restaurant: Great food, good people

Requirements:

• Ability to work holidays, even if regularly scheduled days do not fall on the holiday.
• You must be able to do heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and remain on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time.
• Ability to treat all guests with composure and hospitality.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
