  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Perform skilled procedures as ordered by physicians and consult with them regarding treatment changes.
  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress notes, as well as OASIS assessments and reassessments.

Requirements
