Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Services Integrated Provider, LICSW to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will work directly with Primary Care providers in our fully integrated model to provide treatment using therapeutic intervention to patients with various behavioral health and psychological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide treatment for primary care patients for behavioral health disorders, symptoms, and conditions, including substance use disorders.
- Enhance patient engagement by using evidence-based tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Help implement treatment plans with site-specific Integrated Clinicians and regional Prescribers (Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatrists).
Requirements
- LICSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- 1+ years of experience with SUD and/or dual diagnoses patients.
- Experience running groups: educational and process groups.
- Experience with individual counseling, CBT, and motivational interviewing.
- Familiarity with local community resources.
