Role Overview

This role involves a dynamic regional assignment, where you will provide security services across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of assigned sites through vigilant monitoring and proactive measures.
  • Manage access control, conduct thorough searches of personnel and vehicles, and oversee traffic management.
  • Perform regular patrols of buildings and grounds to deter and detect any security breaches.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, maintaining a professional and effective security presence.
  • Document all security-related activities and maintain accurate records as required.
  • Implement fire prevention protocols and respond to emergency situations as necessary.
  • Uphold all Client Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Promote a positive image of the organization through professional conduct.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid SIA license.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass security vetting.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clean full UK driving license.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in a timely manner.
  • Physical fitness to conduct foot patrols and remain active throughout shifts.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a respectful manner.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to uphold the high standards of our operations.
