At Hand & Stone - Rochester Hills - Great Oaks, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spa Front Desk professional to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, while building lasting relationships and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Meet membership sales goals and targets
- Develop a detailed knowledge of our menu of services, including massages, facials, and hair removal treatments
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our members' schedules
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our members and guests
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work each day, contributing to a positive and professional work environment
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform various other duties as assigned by management
