Job Opportunity

Chateau Westport Resort is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Responding to phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assisting with laundry and housekeeping duties as needed
  • Ensuring common areas are clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
