The Production Operator plays a crucial role in our bottling operations, responsible for a variety of tasks on the production line. Over time, you will gain proficiency in all aspects of the bottling process. Forklift experience is essential, and successful completion of our forklift training program is required shortly after your start date.


Shift Details: This position is exclusively for B-shift (Wednesday 12pm-6pm and Thursday through Saturday 6am-6pm).

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is $19.00.

Safety Compliance: Adherence to GMP and PPE protocols is mandatory. All personnel on the production floor must comply with GMP regulations, including the use of hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses. You will be expected to follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with HACCP and SQF standards for food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Oversee the bottling line, ensuring the smooth flow of bottles and accuracy in coding.
  • Monitor the label application process, ensuring continuous supply of glue and proper labeling.
  • Address any jamming issues with new bottles entering the bottling area.
  • Supervise the case packing process.
  • Document production data accurately on production sheets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules as needed.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, particularly in the beverage or food industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with GMP, sanitation standards, and FDA regulations is advantageous.
