About the Role

Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities through compassionate support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral services, including direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and program data.
  • Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and input from all relevant parties.
  • Modify BSPs as necessary and attend relevant meetings.

What We Offer:

  • A flexible schedule with 4-10 hours per week, with opportunities to advance in the company or transition to full-time after three months.
  • The ability to work remotely, with occasional in-person visits to the Boston area.
  • A supportive team environment with a scheduling and administrative team to assist with non-behavioral tasks.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
