Childhood Therapist

As a Program Therapist at The Foundation Schools, you will employ therapeutic strategies to promote social, emotional, and academic growth in elementary and middle school students.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience working with children in a school setting. A current Maryland clinical license is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students
• Develop and implement behavior management systems to support students' social and emotional growth
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by state and federal regulations

Salary: $56,038 - $85,282 per year

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with children in a school setting
• A current Maryland clinical license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
