Job OverviewAs a Program Therapist at The Foundation Schools, you will employ therapeutic strategies to promote social, emotional, and academic growth in elementary and middle school students.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience working with children in a school setting. A current Maryland clinical license is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students
- Develop and implement behavior management systems to support students' social and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by state and federal regulations
Salary: $56,038 - $85,282 per year
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with children in a school setting
- A current Maryland clinical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
