As a skilled HVAC Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining commercial cooling systems on cell towers. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of our clients' critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair commercial cooling systems on cell tower cooling units, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on out-of-season equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular performance checks and maintenance to prevent system failures.
• Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-outs, to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Travel to remote work sites as needed to provide on-site support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Physical/Work Environment:

At Pearce Services, safety is our top priority. You'll be expected to comply with OSHA standards and regulations.
• Ability to inspect and troubleshoot equipment effectively, both visually and audibly.
• Willingness to be on call and travel for work when needed, especially during peak periods.
• May require passing a DOT physical.
